On July 9, 2021, the National Telecommunications Agency – ANATEL published Act No. 5205, which establishes the rules and documents for evaluating the conformity of products by the evaluation model by Declaration of Conformity with the Anatel Brand.
This procedure applies to the Applicant for approval of products by Declaration of Conformity with the Anatel Brand, in the exercise of its function as agent of the conformity assessment process.
The conformity assessment model established in this Procedure applies to products intended for commercialization.
