On June 21, 2021, the National Telecommunications Agency – ANATEL published Act No. 4521, which approves the Operating Procedure for Importing Telecommunications Products.
This procedure establishes conditions for the importation of products for telecommunications with compulsory approval by ANATEL, with the following purposes:
a) Import of approved products for use and commercialization purposes;
b) Import of products for own use;
c) Import of product samples for conformity assessment purposes;
d) Import of products for demonstration purposes.
