Anatel publishes Resolution No. 780/2025 – Key changes in telecom product certification rules
Anatel has published Resolution No. 780, dated August 1st, 2025, in the Brazilian Official Gazette. This resolution updates the Regulation for Conformity Assessment and Certification of Telecommunication Products (Resolution No. 715/2019), incorporating the proposals presented in Public Consultation No. 13/2024. The goal is to enhance transparency, consumer protection, and enforcement mechanisms against unauthorized products.
