ANATEL published Letter No. 585 on September 25, 2020 informing the extension of maintenance without testing until December 31, 2020.
Considering the still-impacts on the activities of the telecommunications industries, caused by the pandemic originated by the COVID-19 virus, and the condition provided for in item 8 of Letter No. 194/2020/ORCN/SOR-ANATEL, we inform you that the instructions contained in Letter No. 134/2020/ORCN/SOR-ANATEL and the above-mentioned remain valid for products whose validity period of the Certificate of Conformity occurs until December 31, 2020.
INSTRUCTIONS
- It is authorized to carry out the maintenance activity of the Certification only with the presentation of the declarations applied to the maintenance period.
- The submission of test reports and any other documents shall be waived.
- The extraordinary exception for maintaining the certification applies only to products whose validity period of the OCD Certificate of Conformity expires by 31 December 2020.
