Public Consultation No. 25 was published by the National Telecommunications Agency – ANATEL on May 17, 2021, which dealt with a proposal to change the Operational Procedure for Marking the Anatel Homologation Identification in Telecommunications Products, approved by Act No. 4088, of 31 July 2020, aiming to extend the entry into force of the obligations established in item 5.2.1 of the procedure and the inclusion of the exception to products that are regulated by the National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA).
