The National Telecommunications Agency – ANATEL published on February 26, 2021, Act No. 1306 that approves the updating and inclusion of new technical requirements from Annex I to Act No. 14.448, of December 4, 2017, which contains the Technical Requirements for Conformity Assessment of Restricted Radiation Radiocommunication Equipment.
The normative update aims to approve the technical requirements for Broadband Wireless Access Systems for Local Area Networks, operating in the range of 5,925 MHz to 7,125 MHz for restricted radiation equipment that uses unlicensed communication standards such as WiFi 6e .
